How do I place an order?
One Pimento use only the freshest ingredients therefore we need at least 72 hours on all orders to ensure we can meet your needs. If you require our services sooner than 72 hours then please continue to get in touch and we will do best endeavours to meet your needs. 
Please place an order by emailing the following information to info@onepimento.co.uk  or click "Get a free quote" at the top of your screen
1. Number of attendees  
2. Date of event & preferred time of delivery 
3. Location of event 
4. Menu Options (or we can recommend menu based on your budget/price per head) 
5. Total Budget or price per head 
6. Allergen requirements (if any)

Can you provide information on allergens?

Yes, we provide food labels with all our deliveries. We do our best to ensure your food allergen requirements are met, however we cannot promise our foods are entirely free from a specific allergen.

What if I want make a change to an order as the customer?

Once the order has been placed and confirmed we do best endeavors to take into change requests from you, if received at least 5 days before the event. Please note, this depends on the nature, size of event and the type of request. Please send us an email as soon as you know a change will need to be made

Can One Pimento make changes to my order at any time?

Please note, due to the nature of fresh foods and availability of them from our local suppliers, this sometimes means we have to alter menu options at short notice if certain ingredients is unavailable. If this occurs, we will inform you straight away and ensure an adequate alternative is provided.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders cancelled less than 5 days before the scheduled date will not be refunded. Orders cancelled between 7-14 days in advance will be refunded but 80% and events cancelled 14 days or more will be refunded at 100% as long as we have not incurred any costs.

What is your delivery process?

Where possible, please let us know if there are any restrictions we should be aware off such as security access, parking etc.  Please note, delivery charges apply to all orders. Delivery charge is based on distance of delivery address, congestion charge and parking (if applicable). This will be outlined in your proposal.

Will there be any additional costs?

If you require additional equipment, e.g. heating plates, hot drink dispenser etc. Then please not that your proposal will include additional costs sure as hire & damage costs and collection.
